At webinar.artem.co.in, we strive to deliver high-quality learning experiences through our live webinars, workshops, and masterclasses. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Cancellation by Participant
- 7 Days or More Before the Webinar
You are eligible for a 90% refund of the total fee (excluding applicable GST).
10% of the fee will be retained as processing charges.
- Within 7 Days of the Webinar
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event.
- On the Day of the Webinar or No Show
No refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
Rescheduling Requests
- More Than 7 Days Before the Webinar
You may reschedule your registration to the next available batch without any additional cost.
Rescheduled sessions must be attended within 3 months of the original registration date. - Within 7 Days of the Webinar
Rescheduling will not be allowed unless you nominate a replacement participant and inform us at least 3 days in advance.
Cancellation by ARTEM ACADEMY
In the rare case that we are required to cancel or postpone a webinar due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, technical issues, low enrollment, or force majeure):
- 100% refund will be issued (excluding GST)
- OR You may opt to attend a future batch at no extra cost.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment only.
Important Notes
- GST, if charged, is non-refundable.
- All requests must be made in writing to contact@artem.co.in with proof of registration/payment.
- ARTEM ACADEMY reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion. Any changes will be updated on this page.
