1. About Us

webinar.artem.co.in is a subdomain of www.artem.co.in, operated by M/S ARTEM ACADEMY (Reg. No. 3477/2017, Govt. of Telangana). This platform is dedicated to delivering skill-enhancing online sessions, live masterclasses, workshops, and webinars to students, professionals, and lifelong learners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or participating in any webinar hosted on webinar.artem.co.in, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional policies shared during registration.

3. Eligibility for Participation

To register and attend a webinar:

  • You must be 18 years of age or above.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You must not have been previously barred from accessing our webinars due to misconduct or violations.

4. Webinar Access

  • A webinar joining link will be shared with registered participants via email or WhatsApp.
  • Participants must ensure they have a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video setup.
  • The organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any webinar due to unavoidable circumstances.

5. Fee & Refund Policy

  • Participation fees (if applicable) will be displayed clearly before payment.
  • In case the event is canceled by Artem Academy, a full refund (excluding GST) will be issued.
  • If a participant cancels:
    • Before 7 days: 90% refund (excluding GST)
    • Within 7 days: No refund
  • Participants can request to reschedule to the next webinar batch if the request is made more than 7 days prior to the event. Requests made within 7 days will not be entertained unless a replacement attendee is nominated.

6. Use of Platform & Content

  • You may not record, redistribute, or resell the content of the webinar without prior written permission.
  • All resources (e.g. slides, plugin links, or tools) shared during webinars are for personal use only.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Maintain professional behavior during live sessions.
  • Keep your microphone muted unless asked to speak.
  • Refrain from sharing offensive or irrelevant content in the chat.
  • ARTEM ACADEMY reserves the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All webinar content, logos, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of M/S ARTEM ACADEMY and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

M/S ARTEM ACADEMY shall not be liable for:

  • Technical issues on the participant’s end.
  • Delays or cancellations due to force majeure.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages from the use of shared webinar content.

11. Governing Law

All disputes related to webinar.artem.co.in shall be governed under the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
